Not just this, the actor never failed to miss a single day of her morning workout regime. Even if the call time was 7am, Kangana would wake up at 5am in the cold to hit the gym, before the shoot commenced.

A source from the unit said, `We have no idea where this determination and focus comes from. While we used to be shivering under layers of blankets and quilts, Kangana would have already hit the gym, preparing herself for the shoot. Such dedication is rare.

I have become laid-back: Shahrukh

He is known for his endless energy, undying love for his craft and being a workaholic. But superstar Shah Rukh Khan says now he doesn't work as much and feels inspired with others' good work.

Shah Rukh, who had only one release last year, superhit "Chennai Express", featured in just one movie in 2012 - late filmmaker Yash Chopra's last directorial venture "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".

Currently he is shooting for Farah Khan's "Hapyy New Year".

"I have become laid-back and I have started working less. I feel happy if the quality of work that others do is good. I look at their performances and get inspired," Shah Rukh told reporters Thursday at the press conference for the 14th Zee Cine Awards which he will host. He is also planning a special performance for the event.

Being innovative for Zee Awards, scheduled for Jan 14, is the need of the hour.

"I have hosted and performed for many shows. I wanted to do an exclusive act, which I haven't done for anyone else. I will be performing live," said the 48-year-old.

The awards will be telecast Feb 23 simultaneously on Zee TV, Zee Anmol and Zee Tamizh.

After being a part of the film industry for over two decades, SRK said he is over the initial excitement of being nominated.

"I have been a part of so many award functions that I have lost the system of waiting to see if I have been nominated. An award is a reflection of a whole years's work. If I win, I feel thrilled ... if I don't, then I think I will work hard next year," he said.

Now, the actor dedicates all his awards to his children - Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.

"I dedicated my first award to my mom. Now I dedicate them to my children," he said.

"Either I keep it on my daughter's or my son's bedside table. I keep alternating. They get very happy," he added.

However, the Bollywood Badshah says the awards teach the right lessons to his children.

"The next day (after winning the award), I take out some time to tell them that I have got the award due to my efforts, so that they concentrate on that rather than the stardom and glamour, which surround it," he said.

Kangana Ranaut goes back to school!

Shahrukh Khan was obviously irritated and replied, "Pehle ladko se compare karte the mujhe, aur ab ladkiyon se bhi karne lage ho (Earlier, you compared me with male stars, and now, you are comparing me with girls as well)?"

That was it. Shahrukh Khan did not bother to delve further into the matter or wish Piggy Chops good luck. Afterall, how could he forget that among all female actresses, it was Priyanka Chopra who loved him the most! Too bad SRK!

Hrithik celebrates his birthday with his kids without Suzanne

Superstar Hrithik Roshan, who turned 40 today, will celebrate his birthday with his children and family. Hrithik recently delivered the blockbuster 'Krrish 3' which earned Rs 244 crore at the box office in India.
However, on the personal front, he had a separation from wife Sussanne and also underwent a brain surgery. Last year on his 39th birthday, Sussanne had organised a surprise yacht party for him, where family members and several Bollywood celebrities had come.

Apparently, like last year the birthday celebrations might take place on a yacht. In December last year, Hrithik and Sussanne Roshan split after months of speculation when the actor issued a statement saying: Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17 year relationship. In July last year, the actor had undergone a brain surgery to remove a clot. While performing stunts for his upcoming film 'Bang Bang', he had suffered a head injury.

The couple has two children Hrehaan, 7 and Hridhaan, 5.

Govinda refuses to do Salman’s film

Superstar Salman Khan, who will soon be producing the remake of Mahesh Manjrekar’s Marathi film “Shikshanacha Aaicha Gho” in Hindi, says that he approached Govinda to play the protagonist who had refused the offer. Salman spoke about this saying, “I approached Govinda but he refused it, seriously. For the last three years I have been after Govinda to do the film but he said that he didn’t like the film”. Salman will be seen in a guest appearance in the remake. News also had it that Paresh Rawal will play the main lead in the film now and asked to confirm this, Salman said, “We haven’t finalized the cast yet, we may title it ‘God Only Knows’ and it will go on the floors by February.”

Irfan Khan to play a pivotal role in ‘Haider’

Although his role will be a guest appearance, it is considered to be the turning point in the plot. Irrfan will start shooting for his role in the Kashmir valley sometime later this month.
